📜 House Rules (Please Read Carefully):

• Must be 25+ to book; valid photo ID required (uploaded to Airbnb & sent to host)

• 7 guests max 

• No parties, no smoking 

• Dogs allowed with prior approval ($150 for up to 2 dogs)

• Booking party must be present at check-in – no third-party bookings

• All instant bookings must confirm guest count and age with host within 48 hours and let us know if they are bringing a dog
