Just a 90-second walk across the street to the uncrowded beach, this tastefully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo provides accommodations for up to five guests, parking for two, and pool access. Guests are also provided outdoor storage and use of the outdoor shower. The entry invites you to an open living room with a cozy sectional couch, cable TV, and Wi-Fi access. Make your way to the deck for a view of the ocean - a rare advantage for a second-row condo! You’ll enjoy the salty breezes as your family gathers for evening meals at the outdoor table for four, with two additional seats on the side. Wall-side storage for surfboards, paddle boards, and other water gear is provided on the main deck. A fully equipped kitchen adorned with matching stainless-steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker (keurig but drip available) and toaster are available. The bedroom nearest the kitchen includes a twin/full bunk bed with additional storage under the bed. Next, you’ll find the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo and stackable washer and dryer. At the end of the hallway lies the master bedroom with a queen bed and views of the canal off the private deck. A private bathroom is also included in the master, with a stand-up shower.
